The inauguration ceremony of the Hotel Investors Division of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce was held in Hotel Boao, Qionghai City of China’s southernmost Hainan Province earlier this month.

The ceremony is one of the activities during the China Hotel Boao Forum for Asia, which was held here from July 2 to 5.

Renowned Chinese companies, including Wanda Group, COFCO, China Jin Mao Group Co Ltd and R&F Properties Co Ltd, jointly established the Hotel Investors Division, which will strive to increase exchanges between hotel investors and managers, ensure the success of hotel development, solve investment and finance problems, promote the management level, and help to open a new chapter for Chinese real estate development.

Ning Qifeng, vice president of the Dalian Wanda Commercial Property Co Ltd, made a speech at the ceremony about the development mode combining hotel and real estate businesses.

China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit, non-governmental organization functioning as the chamber of commerce of the Chinese housing industry. It is an affiliated member of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
